Permanent Alizarin Crimson is a bright red color with high transparency and a blue undertone. Please note that due to a change in pigment, there may be two different formulations of the product in circulation. The pigment PR206 is being removed and replaced with PR179. PR179 provides a color that is technically as close as possible to the original, but is not identical.
