Baohong Masters watercolor paper is internally and externally sized with gelatin for a painting surface that is receptive to delicate watercolor and lifting techniques and is resistant to buildup. The colors appear clear and are easily controlled on the surface.
Baohong watercolor paper is made from pure 100% cotton. Manufactured in China, the paper undergoes complex testing and rivals traditional European watercolor papers. The paper has a wide fan base, led by renowned watercolorists such as Joseph Zbukvic, Alvaro Castagnet, Thomas W. Schaller, Ross Patterson, and David Taylor.
Available in smooth, medium, and rough textures, each block is glued on all four sides, eliminating the need to stretch the paper before painting and contains 20 sheets of professional Baohong watercolor paper made from pure cotton at 300 g/m².
