CHARBONNEL ETCHING INK 60 ML. - SANGUINE
The inks from the French company Charbonnel are designed for use with graphic techniques such as etching, aquatint, mezzotint, drypoint, and others.
The etching inks from Charbonnel are composed of highly concentrated finely ground lightfast and low-acid pigments, bound with linseed oil. They have durable and rich colors that can be diluted with a transparent base or linseed oil. In the first case, adding the transparent paint does not change the color of the ink, but only thickens it, while in the second case, the linseed oil dilutes the consistency and reduces the density of the ink. Charbonnel etching inks do not contain driers. Similar to oil paints, they dry through oxidation, with a minimum drying time of 2 weeks for complete drying.
Charbonnel inks are available in aluminum containers with a capacity of 60 ml.
