The Neocolor I pastels are oil pastels with a wax base, featuring highly concentrated and saturated pigments. They apply smoothly and easily, have excellent coverage, and the colors are non-fading and water-resistant. They can be diluted with turpentine, resembling the effect of oil paints. They can be used on various surfaces - paper, cardboard, wood, leather, fabric, stone, glass, and more.
