CARAN D'ACHE WAX PASTELS NEOCOLOR I ULTRAMARINE DARK
A single colored pastel from the Neocolor I series by Caran d'Ache - a company that is a leader in the production of high-quality artistic materials, which help drawings achieve incredible depth and realism.
The Neocolor I pastels are oil pastels with a wax base that contain highly concentrated and saturated pigments. They apply smoothly and easily, have excellent coverage, and feature colors that do not fade and are water-resistant. They can be thinned with turpentine, resembling the effect of oil paints. They can be used on various surfaces - paper, cardboard, wood, leather, fabric, stone, glass, and more.
The wax pastel "Neocolor I" could successfully be combined with other oil pastels, as well as watercolor pastels or colored pencils from "Caran d'Ache" with similar shades from the same range, which would lead to a smooth transition and blending of colors and tones, aiming to achieve more contrasting, bright, and vivid 3D paintings.
