The baren for linocut is a round tool with a size of Ø 10 cm for pressing the paper against the inked linoleum and printing the image.
It consists of a beech handle for a firm grip and pressure, and a flat 6-millimeter felt pad that slides over the desired surface.
With it, we can successfully replace the frequently used wooden spoon and the press for graphics.
For a good print, the baren is moved in circular motions, sequentially from one side of the paper to the other.
