DARWI CERAMIC CASTING MIX 10 KG.

White ceramic powder for casting "Form" by "Darwi" suitable for creating various 3D figures.

To make the casting mix, the powder must be mixed with the necessary ratio of water (1 kg of powder : 400 ml of water). The best consistency is achieved when the powder is placed in a suitable container, and water is added gradually while stirring carefully to avoid excessive bubble formation. The finished casting is poured into pre-prepared silicone or plastic molds and tapped several times on the table for even distribution of the liquid and to achieve smoother surfaces. It dries in the air for 30 minutes. The time required for the complete drying of the molds is from 2 to 24 hours depending on the thickness of the layer. Once dried, the figures are ready for sanding, varnishing, engraving, or coloring.

The ceramic powder from "Darwi" is stored in plastic buckets with a capacity of 10 kg.
