The Joy!Crafts dies are metal templates that serve for simultaneous cutting and shaping of embossed outlines. They are compatible with most cutting and embossing machines, and when placed in them, they should be arranged like a "sandwich" and together with the chosen paper for cutting, should be placed between special plexiglass plates (two acrylic plates for cutting or one acrylic plate at the bottom and a soft silicone and hard embossing plate on top for embossing). When used in this way, the combined templates not only cut outlines along the lines of the matrices but also create impressive 3D prints on the resulting shapes.

The die cuts and embossing (emboss) create striking images in the shape of an oval frame, branches, and ornaments, which can be used as a stylish accent when making various decorations.
