PASTEL PENCILS
The soft pastel pencils from Koh-I-Noor Hardtmuth's Gioconda series are highly pigmented, lightfast, and fade-resistant, with high quality and excellent blending and toning characteristics. The main mixture of the pencils is a material called PEMZA, which is a mineral based on volcanic glass. Additionally, they contain transparent micro-granulated natural materials that are carefully blended with colored pigments, binding agents, and additives.
The pastel pigments are encased in cedar wood for greater convenience and ease of use. With a graphite diameter of 4.2 mm, this product enhances the comfort and ease of drawing with dry pastel.
The soft pastel pencils from the GIOCONDA SOFT PASTELS 8820 line are a traditional and very popular product from KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH. They are available individually in 48 colors, as well as in various sets of 12, 24, and 48 in metal boxes.
