The crepe paper is used for making various decorations - wrapping bouquets and gifts, panels, voluminous pom-poms, garlands, flowers, and more.
The creped paper is a fine stretchable paper that can easily be crumpled and wrinkled to take on different shapes when creating voluminous decorations. It should not be wet, as this would tear its delicate structure, which is why it is fixed with double-sided tape, not with water-based liquid glue.
