Crepe paper is used for making various decorations - wrapping bouquets and gifts, panels, volumetric pom-poms, garlands, flowers, and more.
Crepe paper is a fine stretchable paper that can easily be crumpled and wrinkled to take on different shapes when creating volumetric decorations. It should not be wet, as this would tear its fragile structure, which is why it is fixed with double-sided tape rather than liquid water-based glue.
