Apply directly from the container using a sponge brush or synthetic brush for a more textured finish. For the smoothest surface, apply very thin layers with a sponge brush, allowing to dry well between layers. Curing: to allow the watercolor base to reach the correct degree of absorption, let the watercolor base dry and cure for at least 24 hours (depending on humidity) after the last layer.
