MAIMERI TURPENTINE ESSENCE 75 ML.
Turpentine oil is a traditionally used additive for oil painting, serving to dilute and dissolve oil paints for better application and changes in brightness and transparency of colors.
The turpentine essence from "Maimeri" is extracted from coniferous trees and represents an essential oil with a thick consistency and transparent color. It has a sharp pine aroma and a slight yellowish tint. This tint is the reason for the tendency of oil paints mixed with the emulsion to yellow, which manifests during their drying. In addition to enhancing colors, turpentine oil can also be used as a thinner for cleaning brushes and palettes from oil residues.
The "Maimeri" turpentine essence is available in a glass bottle with a capacity of 75 ml. The oil is highly flammable, so it should be stored in a cool, dark place, in a tightly closed container.
