The Norma Professional paints represent a modern concept of high-quality oil paints. Their formula has been developed and adapted by Schmincke to meet the needs of even the most demanding artists, who quickly became familiar with the paints - in Germany, they are the most popular oil paints among the artistic community. The base is a selection of bright and high-quality pigments, which are contained in the paints in high concentration.
During production, the Norma paints are mixed 3 times on a printing machine and then stored for 3 months to mature, achieving perfect blending and removing excess oil from the tubes. The formula also slightly reduces drying time compared to conventional oil paints.
There are 8 basic shades from white to black:
114 titanium white
236 lemon yellow
312 cadmium red mix
318 deep red
418 prussian blue
502 brilliant chrome oxide green
600 raw light ochre
704 ivory black
