ARTIDEE SILCOTIN HB SILICONE MIX 500 GR. - 60 406

Silicone rubber with excellent durability for casting or spreading.

For creating molds resistant to high temperatures (up to 300ºC)

After curing, you can cast: tin, stone, putty, pencil, polyurethane resins, wax, soap, etc.

The mold is quite strong and durable and can be used 100-150 times (casts)

In addition to the usual use (as a mold), you can create even silicone plates with a thickness of 5-6 mm, which can be carved with engraving tools (like linoleum)

Instructions

Prepare the original object you want to copy by protecting it with a non-stick coating.

Add the hardener (small bottle) to the silicone rubber in a ratio of 1.5 to 2.5% (40 drops of hardener correspond to about 1 gram).

Pour the original object (after placing it in a frame with code 1900064) or cover it with the rubber.

The rubber cures in about 0.5-3 hours.

Carefully separate the original item from the rubber.

Now you can pour the desired material into it (e.g., tin, stone, pencil, polyurethane resins, wax, soap, etc.), after covering the silicone mold with an appropriate non-stick coating.
