RANGER PERFECT PEARLS - PLUM
The perfect pearls from Ranger are finely ground pearl powder that is used for application on various art, craft, and scrapbook projects.
The effect pigments can be used for mixing with water and acrylic-based mediums, as well as for adding a pearlescent effect to backgrounds or for coloring stamps. To create a background, the fine pearl powder is applied with a dry, dense brush onto cardstock that has been pre-moistened with a dry, clear adhesive stamp. When used for coloring stamped text, the stamps should be coated with embossing adhesive, and the pearl powder should be applied to the sticky surface created during stamping. When larger areas need to be covered with pearl pigments, they can be mixed with water. If the goal is to achieve delicate pearlescent highlights when embossing, the pearl powder can be mixed with embossing powder, and to achieve a shimmering result in finishing a decoupage project, the perfect pearls can be added to the used water-based varnishes and mediums.
