The metal foil is used for gilding, silver or copper effects on various surfaces, for decorating icons and decoupage projects on bases such as wood, cardboard, canvas, plastic, clay, metal, etc.

The metal foil is a fine transfer foil that effectively imitates noble metals like gold, silver, and copper. The sheets are torn or shaped and adhered to the pre-cleaned surface (if the base is porous, it should be pre-treated with a primer). A strong adhesive - polymer mixion is applied to the desired base, which is sprinkled with the fine foil and pressed down using a soft brush or sponge to ensure it adheres well to the glue. To remove unnecessary and unglued protruding parts of the metal foil, they are rubbed off, resulting in a smooth and even gilded, silvered, or coppered surface.
