SIZZIX DIE CUTTING AND EMBOSSING FOLDER - FOR THE MENU TAGS

The die cutting machines and embossing folders are suitable for decorating all kinds of art, craft, and scrapbook projects, such as making albums, cards, boxes, envelopes, collages, appliqués, photo frames, and more.

The die cutting machines are metal templates that cut paper and cardboard, compatible with most die cutting and embossing machines. When placed in them, they must be arranged like a "sandwich" and together with the chosen surface for cutting, they should be placed between special cutting mats. The pressure exerted during the passage through the machine presses cuts fine and detailed outlines along the lines of the dies.

The embossing folders have transparent plastic surfaces, one of which has recessed outlines, while the other has raised outlines. To achieve embossing, a sheet must be placed inside them, and the folders themselves should be put into embossing machines or combined die cutting and embossing machines. The firm pressure exerted by the presses helps the embossing folders to bend the paper, giving it striking 3D prints.

The die is of the thick die type, used for cutting dense materials such as cardboard, fabric, EVA foam, metallic foil, and magnetic sheets, while the folder has a deep embossing to provide a textured design on the chosen surfaces.
