SIZZIX CUTTING DIES AND EMBOSSING FOLDER - SWEET SHOPPE SET
The cutting dies and embossing folders are suitable for decorating all kinds of art, craft, and scrapbook projects, such as making albums, cards, boxes, envelopes, collages, appliqués, photo frames, and more.
The cutting dies are metal templates that cut paper and cardboard, compatible with most cutting and embossing machines. When placed in them, they should be arranged like a "sandwich" and together with the selected surface for cutting, should be placed between special cutting mats. The pressure exerted during the passage through the machine presses cuts fine and detailed outlines along the lines of the dies.
The embossing folders have transparent plastic surfaces, one of which has recessed outlines, while the other has raised outlines. To achieve embossing, a sheet must be placed inside them, and the folders themselves should be put into embossing machines or combined cutting and embossing machines. The firm pressure exerted by the presses helps the embossing folders to bend the paper, giving it stunning 3D prints.
The Sizzix set with cutting dies and embossing folders contains 5 cutting dies and 2 embossing folders with approximate dimensions: folders - 16.5 x 11.4 x 0.32 cm and dies - 12.7 x 3.49 - 2.22 x 2.54 cm.
