STAMPERIA TRANSFER GEL 100 ML - DCFTR100S - TRANSFER GEL

The transfer gel from "Stamperia" is designed for transferring solid and inflexible images in a suitable form for decoupage technique.

The textile transfer medium from "Stamperia" is water-based. It is applied in several layers onto the desired image. Each layer of the medium must be completely dry before applying the next one, with the drying time for one layer of the medium taking about 30-40 minutes. After the last transfer layer has dried, the back side of the image is moistened with a wet brush and rubbed with a finger to remove the paper. Wetting with water and rubbing is repeated until the entire paper base of the image is wiped away, leaving only the strokes of the printed image on the transparent transfer medium. The prepared image is then glued to the chosen fabric (preferably cotton), again using the textile medium, after which the decorated fabric is fixed with another layer of the medium. To seal, the transfer image must be ironed for about 5 minutes on both the front and back sides. The fabric decorated with the transfer image can be washed, but at low temperatures.

The transfer textile gel medium for decoupage from "Stamperia" is available in a 100 ml package. It is recommended to use it for transferring images from photocopies, transfer paper, or decoupage paper.
