High-quality oil paints from Winsor & Newton come in a wide color range of 47 colors, designed for students, hobbyists, and professional artists.
The Winton oil paints from W & N contain highly concentrated and quality pigments. To offer a more affordable price for artists, some of the more expensive metallic dye pigments have been replaced with alternative, high-quality, and organic pigments. The composition of the paints includes cobalt and cadmium colors of excellent quality. A total of 31 individual pigments have been used to create the paints, with each color in the palette developed individually to not only provide a bright and pure tone that allows for countless color combinations but also to ensure lasting preservation and durability of the resulting shade. Each of the colors has very good coverage and varying degrees of gloss.
The Winton oil paints are available in tubes of 37 and 200 ml and include both classic, traditional colors as well as new shades. The lemon yellow paint has a dense, opaque color and high durability. It is important to note that despite the high durability of the oil colors, they can change their shades if left to dry in a very humid or constantly dark place.
