Description
Masking medium based on natural latex protects the areas that should remain white or in the original color of the base. It is applied with a brush, spatula, or pen for precise application. After drying, it forms a rubber film on which paint does not adhere. Ideal for use with watercolors. The technique is similar to wax batik.

Suitable for all smooth surfaces:

• Paper and foil

• Canvas for painting

• Wooden cutouts

• Concrete casts

• Cardboard, etc.

Possible application techniques:

• Spraying colored inks with a spray

• Working with acrylic paints

• Gelli Plate technique

• Watercolor painting

• Decorating glass (in combination with etching medium)

Stencils can also be used for application. After finishing the work and the medium has dried, it can be easily removed with a finger, eraser, or a special adhesive removal tool.

Tools are cleaned with water and soap while the medium is still wet. Non-toxic, with certificate EN 71 & CE.
