High-quality oil paints from Winsor & Newton come in a wide color range of 47 colors, designed for students, hobbyists, and professional artists.
The Winton oil paints from W & N contain highly concentrated and quality pigments. To offer a more accessible price for artists, some of the more expensive metallic dye pigments have been replaced with alternative, high-quality organic pigments. The paint composition includes cobalt and cadmium colors of excellent quality. A total of 31 single pigments have been used to create the paints, with each color in the palette developed individually to not only provide a bright and pure tone, allowing for countless color combinations, but also to ensure lasting preservation and durability of the resulting shade. Each color has very good coverage and varying degrees of gloss.
The Winton oil paints are available in tubes of 37 and 200 ml and include both classic, traditional colors as well as new shades. The green earth paint has a transparent color with a soft green tint. It is important to note that despite the high durability of the colors, they can change their shades and yellow if left to dry in very humid or constantly dark places.
